Quite the tale. One nation under ZIM!

“Dieudonné’s terrible crime? To have criticised those we are never allowed to criticise, by poking fun at Israelis and Zionists.” — I don't know Monsieur D., but I like him already!

“It was more like a cross between a squat party and an illegal rave, except that the audience, filing in carrying their folding chairs, were not from any particular cultural scene or age group.” — As one would expect of those bound by a love of the truth!

“A talented comedian, and his fans, had been criminalised for mocking, and standing up to, ...” — The mockery must be not just maintained but increased, as it's the one thing they can't abide.

Dieudonné’s courage & strength of character to keep going with his work in defiance of the ruling Mafia is inspiring.

Yes it is. They have thrown everything at him and he still stands proud and strong.

They don’t fear comedians.

They fear what happens when people start laughing at the script.

When humor becomes illegal, you’re not looking at a confident system—you’re looking at one that knows it’s exposed.

Banning the man, chasing the crowd, forcing shows into warehouses… that’s not about “safety.” That’s about control of narrative.

And the moment ordinary people are willing to drive across regions just to hear someone speak freely—that’s when you know the spell is breaking.

Something’s shifting.

"... from a french politician called Dieudonné about jews and money ... Outrageous that this is still said today and in France."

What planet is this woman on?

She's the outrageous one from every angle imaginable.

Dieudonné is a brilliant comedian and a worthy replacement for trouble-fait Coluche who met with an early state-sponsored demise for his merciless political satire. What is striking is the incredible mix of people in his audience. His sketch as an IDF drone operator ("bring me some pistachios, Rachel, I'm busy flying over Gaza") has me in stitches every time 😄

coluche at least was frank and said that in france you cannot as an humourist poke fun at jews it was verboten

Another comedic genius who sailed close to the wind with “jewish” humour was Pierre Desproges who also died prematurely.

An African in France making FUN of ZION/Jews... UNACCEPTABLE!

Quenelles for ALL of them.

Not a good look with the email, and the legal persecution, frankly seems kind of desperate.

Looks like something similar happened in the US with the satire on Erika Kirk by American comedian Drew Desbordes who goes by the stage name Druski.

Ah yes, I saw that on Candace Owens' show. As Red Pill Poet says, mockery seems to be the global overlords' Achilles Heel, so let's all give them a lot more of it!

Hear! Hear! The Masters absolutely cannot take a joke!

I always like a good comedian, and this one is another added to the list!

What an amazing tale - I hadn't realized you were such a seanachie, Paul 😊 - I wish we could throw a huge open-air shindig somewhere free in this beautiful world, with Dieudonne' as guest of honour

Dieudonne - god given. What a powerful and significant name. He is a gift to us all. There are some magnificent beings who have blended the best of La France et L'Afrique. HK and his "Nous, on veut, continuer a danser encore" was my best discovery during The Great Imprisonment.

Paul Cudenec's avatar

Yes, HK was a lifeline. I saw him and his group perform in Les Vans, Ardèche, during the Covid period - "illegally" of course. To be dancing in the sunshine with other maskless and smiling people was just tear-wrenchingly delightful after those grim months of confinement.

Thank you, Paul. I’ve never actually attended a Dieudonné event but would like to — if when I can be in the right place at the right time!

Paul Cudenec's avatar

It proved quite an adventure...

What a sad bunch they are, they'll ban us all out of existence eventually. 😛

Paul Cudenec's avatar

Yes, that's probably the plan!

Other than inciting to kill people, which is criminal act, there is NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, that violates free speech.

Likewise, EVERY person, group, political system, religion, etc. is subject to criticism, as anything less than perfection, is subject to criticism.

Until the vast majority of people accept these ideas, those that want to stifle criticism will use any means to advance their nefarious agenda. And this is VERY detrimental to civilization.

Caving to pressure from the US, France has rescinded its invitation to South Africa for the Group of Seven (G7) summit to be held in the French town of Evian in June.

French President Emmanuel Macron had personally invited South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa to attend the G7 meeting during the G20 summit hosted by South Africa in November 2025, which the US had boycotted.

“We’ve learnt that due to sustained pressure, France has had to withdraw its invitation to South Africa to attend the G7 meeting,” Vincent Magwenya, spokesperson of Ramaphosa, told AFP on March 26. “We are told that the Americans threatened to boycott the G7 if South Africa was invited.”

Consisting of the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan, the G7 often invites other countries to attend its summit to broaden its narrow scope.

At last year’s G7 hosted by Canada, South Africa was invited, along with India, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Ukraine, and South Korea. Similarly, France, which is hosting the summit this year, had invited South Africa, along with India, Brazil, and South Korea.

However, arm-twisted by Donald Trump, Macron’s government has disinvited South Africa. The US has been maneuvering diplomatically against South Africa ever since it took US-ally, Israel, to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in late December 2023 for its genocide in Gaza.
