I liked the bringing in of a little Nietzsche there. Makes lovely sense to me because I always saw Nietzsche as spiritually pagan in his outlook (cf. 'What I owe to the Ancients' for example).

Clearly, both he and Klages occupy a space in the modern history of philosophy which justifiably reacts to the anti-Enlightenment movement (Illuminati etc.), although also some elements of the Enlightenment itself with its atheistic insistence on throwing the baby out with the bathwater, given that in its rejection of Judaeo-Christianity it rejects all magic and essential nature or supernature.

Where I would not necessarily disagree so much as add an observation - it's not solely 'technik' which has essentially de-spirited (demoralised, de-souled) humanity - the anti-spiritual attack of evil on humanity's very soul and true nature effectively began with Judaeo-Christianity - which is, in its basic formula, a subjugating, authoritarian, patriarchal fascist ideology with a tyrant at the top pretending to be a god. This ideology essentially prohibits PLAY as a force for good in the world.

Of course, perhaps we could likewise argue that 'technik' itself sprung from that life-destroying ideology? Now there's an interesting thesis. Like was all this 'scientific and technological progress' a result of a despotic ever-increasing pathological desire for wider and wider domination? Would a world without such monsters ever develop advanced technology? And what would that mean for galactic politics & diplomacy?

As Nietzsche says, the superior man is life-affirming. We need to use that word 'life-affirming' far more, imo - in all its Rausch-like forms and expressions.

This is a great little series of essays Paul, and as you say, a perfect complement to the Sophia series. Thanks!

We need to somehow empower a simple symbolic symbiotic synergy built around a universally coherent 'organic radical' core message such as Ankh for Vitality and Freedom, for key of life and vitality of living freely under natural law.

Ankh! (as potently symbolically and aptly used in the film, "Logan's Run"). Except we are not 'runners' - we are 'returners' and inspired 'imagineers' seeking an enlightened embracing empowered return to holistic nature, returning the world to its organic roots. Leaving the 'demonic dome' and coming home!

One of my favourite movies, that one. And one of my favourite symbols too.

Me, too. I never realised (until recent years) that so many of us would become "Logan 5" in real life, soulfully seeking out the Ankh.

Maybe they were trying to warn us all with their predictive programming ... for when the time comes? ("They" being the benevolent wise ones, not the dystopian demons in this context).

Yeah - that's a good point you make there and should be mentioned more often - a lot of people talk about this 'predictive programming' stuff, whilst either assuming that all of it comes from the bad guys, or ignoring the stuff that comes from the good guys, which constitute 'warnings' and 'whistleblows' even. A lot of the great writing is about this (and some movies). One of the positive, hopeful insights to take from this is that the bad guys do not, by any means, control everything. In fact I'd say they have a very, very long way to go before they get there. I would also say that because they are so vastly outnumbered by 'normal' people, that they are, as it happens, genuinely scared about attempting to take total control.

I've been writing about this very thing recently as it happens, and was just about to settle down to write part 3. Here's a link to part 1: https://inadifferentplace.substack.com/p/circe-1-social-psychology-and-the?r=2s9hod

I think there's a little insight here too about how they 'test the waters' by making their false flags and machinations more obvious - they are attempting to push the boundaries of what they can get away with without provoking the revolution. There should, after all, have been a revolution after 9-11, given how obvious it was. Then the non-existent weapons of mass-destruction preceding the second genocide in Iraq. Likewise Covid. The most I saw were protests by people who then obediently marched back home again. I'm not saying don't protest, of course, especially if it raises awareness, but I think the focus should be on reaching a critical mass of awake people, such that the numerical superiority is assured. Rather than remaining under the illusion that protests are going to achieve anything in the sense of changing the politicians' minds. It's like asking a rapist to stop raping you.

Yes, I agree with you that the focus should be about reaching a critical mass of awakened people, raising the shared consciousness.

As you pointed out, the revolution didn’t happen after 9/11, Iraq non-WMD, and Convid. The dystopian plotters have kept a heavy veil of deception over the world. Breaking the Spell, breaking through their manufactured illusion and Matrix is the crucial challenge.

How to wake up the masses, though, when the main arteries of media are owned and controlled by propaganda and lies? We all know how hard that is!

Let’s hope we can reach enough people through capillary media networks and alternative dimensions. I’ve yet to hear a truly radical ground-breaking solution.

There is a template for what you describe. It just requires participation.

Given their reliance on electronic surveillance etc., maybe it's time to go old-school and just talk to each other! Out in the open! Go to the park. Feed some ducks.

Or in the pub, actually, would be preferable (especially at this time of year).

Printed books too perhaps.

But I do think that their over-reliance on technik may end up being their hubristic downfall.

But yes, it's easier said than done and hard and difficult. Which is by no means, of course, any reason at all to not keep trying.

Yes, I agree with ‘old school analogue’ approaches. The trouble is we need to reach and awaken massive numbers of people, which sends us back to a reliance on telecoms.

Ditching the smartphone is a key counter-measure. Potentially devastatingly effective. A good way to scupper their dystopian plans, especially their ID Card surveillance grid. Trouble is, people are tethered to their zomby-phones.

There’s hard copy newspapers such as The Light thelightpaper.co.uk and there’s The White Rose UK thewhiterose.uk as examples of offline materials and networking by post. Also Druthers in Canada druthers.ca but we need oodles more!

We need some kind of cosmic innovative magic widget to break through to the sleepers.

And "sanctuary" - another memorable (and embedded) resonant word from "Logan's Run"!

Very much enjoyed this recovery of Klages, Paul, whom I'd heard of but never read. There's a lot of great books that fell by the wayside because they did not support the industrial agenda.

Stay wonderful!

Chris.

Oh, I think the magic is everywhere... We may have to call it to us, but it's there! Trust me!

As someone who would tend to the belief that God is in everything and everywhere this piece of work I found very enlightening, enjoyable and educational.

By your writing you have opened up a whole new group for me to read and explore, including yourself.

My journey for this way of thinking has been a long one trying to grasp understanding of such writings. I am not an academic however, I thoroughly enjoy reading and learning about philosophy.

I have also gained a new perspective from what I read here and a new word, ‘gnosis’!

Learning is fun, as I say to my granddaughter and you have brought that ‘fun’ to a basis to help me understand the world a little more.

Thank you.

In effect, we need to embrace the simple understanding of the Universe as the content of One Divine Mind imagining Its Self acting in balanced, rhythmic interchange. All Its possibilities in action as the 'Reflection of Perfection' - the innate expression of Pure Beingness with no-thing to be aware of.

Therefrom we can discern the chaotic reflection of ego-minds acting in ignorance due to 'education as wage-slaves' under the social-engineering of those most deluded by separation from our innate Truth, Beauty and Goodness.

So, we must begin 'The conversation never had'; some viewpoints to begin:

''I THINK THEREFORE I AM....BUT WHAT AM I?''

What is mind?

Where is it?

How do I know any thing?

What could I do, be or have?

Why do I have the need to know?

What is that I? Is it god? Is it the energy that fills space?

We know that energetic space comprises 99.9999% of every thing; so is that energy God?

Indeed, is the Universe the imaginative expression of a formless, luminous, Knower?

If so, is it thinking, doing, being and having through my body?

Moving into Self-Education

Why doesn't education start with this investigation?

Have I simply been trained since birth what to think?

Who benefits from my ignorance?...and in what ways?

Introducing Hope and Love of Life as Drivers

How can I change the narrative to a framework of enquiry seeking real wisdom from knowledge?

Can we live in hope and excitement as seekers of truth in action?

How can such a vision and mission support the growth of new markets?

What will the news and media be like in such a society?

Transforming Hope into Currency through Exchange

How can we replace a system that is clearly unfit for purpose and corrupted beyond repair?

What is money other than a transfer of energy?

Can we generate that energy as we transform ourselves and the markets?

Can we flip all of our problems into solutions?

Bonding in Networks as 'Birds-of-a-Feather'

How can we develop projects and assets as co-designers, co-producers and co-owners?

What if we pooled our skills, time and knowledge to collaborate as members of modern guilds?

Couldn't we build a network where people create local assets based on common values?

Can't we develop business plans with mass support to attract funding and investment?

Wouldn't we be attractive to many who fear the current engineered control from the oligarchies?

The Projects and Assets of a New Market founded on Trust

What is a company other than people seeking to produce goods and services?

Would not our guilds contain all the knowledge and experience of a 'multinational of communities'?

Could we not fund sustainable local projects based on transfers of skills, time and knowledge?

What if we generated debt-free currency in the process and accepted it as additional liquidity?

Couldn't we develop our own supply lines founded on our market demand for goods and services?

Wouldn't we reach a critical mass when our currency became as useful as traditional debt-money?

Human Health, Happiness and Well-Being

What effect would our collaborations have on our well-being and public expenditure?

Could this be an effective reversal of the age-old 'Shock Doctrine' control strategy?

Wouldn't those who resist be proving their ignorance and/or hubris and psychopathy?

I have come to the conclusion that philosophy - all of it, no matter how beautiful it may appear nor how clever, nor how seductive its appeal, and it is frequently all of those things - is nonsense.

There is only a choice between Christ and nihilism.

No premise derived by and from man's thought alone can be proven and thus all of man's philosophy in the end reduces to nothing - it is a house built upon sand.

I think you should stick with Christ and ignore these philosopher-sirens whose call will lead you to your doom.

Expand full comment

Yeah - don't think, just believe what we tell you to believe. And do what we tell you to do. Don't ever think for yourself. Don't use your brain (even if you would say it was 'god-given' - ironically).

That all sounds pretty nihilistic to me.

Expand full comment

I don't think that's how it works - at least it's not how it worked for me. I came to believe in Christ by figuring that out for myself after burying myself in philosophy for decades.

Having figured it out (at least for myself - everyone has to arrive at their own destination obviously) I then discovered that the bible tells you this very thing in more than one way.

So I'm not at all suggesting that you believe what anyone else tells you to believe. I'm sharing with you the path that led me to my belief. You are free to consider it, accept it, reject it or anything else.

Milton knew it too for whatever that's worth.

Expand full comment

Well, so long as you are happy in yourself and you are good and kind to others, then that's good enough for me. I'd advise you to adopt Marcianism and Pelagianism however. The 'old testament' has nothing to do with Jesus - evil always pretends to be good (or god too, for that matter). Eat the apple. Then you'll see what I mean. Thus spake wisdom.
