Paul drops a big bomb here... The parasites weren’t content with banks, armies, and governments; they wanted to colonize the soul. By seeding both sides of the Cold War, rewriting Orwell, and parading soulless art as “freedom,” they tried to suffocate the memory of Europe’s living traditions.

But here’s the inversion: the very violence of this cultural war exposes their desperation. Truth does not need CIA fronts, slush funds, and fake art museums. Only lies do.

A choice piece to be sure. Thanks!

“There is a certain irony in its warning that “we are facing an implacable enemy whose avowed objective is world domination by whatever means and at whatever cost”!” — There certainly is. Not to mention projection.

Dwight Macdonald: “...the unhindered advance of advertising billboards…” — How deliciously quaint!

With regards to modern “art”, especially of the likes of Ab-Ex, I can't recommend “The Painted Word” enough. (Tom Wolfe, 1975.)
