I work with young environmentalists who are fed up with the system. They know something is going wrong – our connection with the earth is broken – but they don’t know how to express it in language other than the technical vocabulary that educated them. I ask them to write 500 words about themselves. Then I ask them to circle all the times that “I” and “me” and “my” show up. Usually it’s a lot. They see how caught up they are in becoming a particular kind of person, an expert, an “environmentalist.” They realize a language of relationship with nature is missing – a language of abundance, gratitude. Instead of asking them to turn over the next rock anxiously and save the earth, I say try something else: breathing, alertness, consciousness. I want them to see “I” as a verb.
Bringing the truths of Native peoples to light …
So many cultures have things to say, and they haven’t been allowed to step up to the podium. How responsible are we journalists to purport the truth to our audiences? Is there a way to present the truth and still maintain that Indigenous people are not of the past, not second-class citizens, and show that our lives are of interest to the general populace? Of course! But where can we find the everyday truths concerning worldwide Indigenous issues? Not just from a Western hegemony of writers but from the people living, doing, and relating themselves to terra firma with intact culture, languages, and perspective. The experience of the Native person who lives the voice of Mother Earth is a different paradigm than Western reasoning, which is based in denial of Indigenous thinking.***
Doing what’s required now …
It’s not enough anymore to “do our best.” We have to do what’s required – a new way of thinking. Some people are ready for this. For others, I don’t think showing them the data will matter. You have to change the heart. If you can do that, you can change the body and the way people think about nature. It’s not sentimentalism. The earth moves for them.

J'ai eu fait quelques rêves prémonitoires. C'est une chose très curieuse, que les rêves. Un curieux langage du moi intérieur, qui nous dit quelque chose de manière symbolique. Un rêve a toujours quelque chose à nous apprendre, que ce soit sur nous-même ou sur notre entourage.
Dreams (and nightmares) remind me of personal revelations from an otherworldly (and divine?) realm. I’ve been thinking — but not necessarily dreaming — a lot about (1) the soul and (2) the mind. Even if dreams originate in the mind, what’s the inextricably interconnected relationship among the soul and the mind and the (sublime & transcendent) divine? If the soul consists of the physical, material, natural, concrete body merged with prana, the vital principle, the life force, spirit, breath AND souls are mortal — because obviously our physical bodies undergo the aging process and death and decay — then what happens to one’s mind — and what is “mind” — when the body dies? Do minds die or do minds live on in an otherworldly realm after the death of the body? Are bodies physically resurrected or is “the resurrection of the body” to be taken figuratively and allegorically (an allegory is an extended metaphor) instead of literally. These are the types of questions I ponder when I think about the (divine?) messages associated with dreaming.

We have all been conditioned by the Jewish Brain police controlling media and public education to think and use Nazi Germany as the only example of the 1984 Orwellian State. I know you don't believe that Paul, but we have to be careful of that narrative. I would suggest that the ultimate anti citizen State is Stalinist Russia. As Solzhenitsyn noted there is no Nazi like real equivalent to the Great Purge in Communist Russia - a Russia founded on Atheist Jewish principles that Hitler fought against to save Capitalism in his maniacal way (towards the end). I would argue that even Nazi Germany didn't go after non Jewish citizens like Stalin did. None of this is to reduce the example of Nazi oppression but I think the much better argument for tbought police today and citizen oppression is Communism which Adolph rightfully despised and motivated him even more than Jewish hatred. The new world order is bringing on a new and different flavor of thought police with techno surveillance to make Hitler and Stalin look like rank amateurs.
